Clara: (while staring at a small tree at the mall) It’s a big big tree in a big big world.

Clara: (sitting in my desk chair) I have a little bit of work to do, ok? Because I’m a lady.

Daddy: I was going potty.

Love these! Totally laughed out loud at the “did you see your booty” comment. “That’s not a bad idea” is a common phase my 3 year daughter says too.
I’ll give you two conversations I had with Grace this morning:
Grace: (Hugging her baby brother’s monkey stuffed animal) This monkey is so cute. Just like macaroni.
Grace: What’s the name of this song?
Mama: It’s a beautiful day, by U2
Grace: Oh. You know what else is beautiful, Mama?
Mama: What?
Grace: I’m beautiful
Ha! Love the, “That’s not a bad idea”. So cute when kids repeat parent phrases!!
Hahaha! I love it! I just started writing down what my 3 (and 3/4!) year old says so that I can remember. It’s the same kind of cute stuff. They sound so grown up sometimes it’s kinda crazy.
